Hilliard Customer Richard Trimble used to do handyman work after driving a truck for 40 years. But now with a bad knee he hires me and refers me to his old customers. He had me doing some painting, installing a commode and this faucet on the bath. For all that I charged him $180. Those projects took only 5 hours as he was keen on helping me, too.

A neighbor living in a condo  community called Hidden Lake in Columbus just west of Arlington and Grandview called me to update her circuit breaker panel.  I partner with a licensed electrician and we were able to replace this particular 100 amp box with a Cutter-Hammer 100 amp panel.  The job took all morning and cost approximately $700 including the new breaker box.  We celebrated by having free brats at the wholesale electrical store!

The owner of the Condo was delighted to have the work done so quickly.  Another happy Columbus home repair customer.

Building a Pole Barn in the Muirfield, Powell, Jerome Area

This is a pole barn Rob and I are building in JEROME near MUIRFIELD & POWELL. Home owner Rob is building the POLE BARN to add a ROOF for his boat. After attaching the rafters and purlins we’ll soon go about attaching the roof. Stay tuned. Rob is a former builder who can’t climb ladders anymore, so he hired me by the day to assist him with the high work.
