HANGING A FLAT SCREEN TV.  Stephanie has a modeling agency.  After she was burned out in the huge Grandview Ave. fire, she moved to Dublin Ave. where she asked me to help with pictures, shelves & miscellaneous set-up.  She wanted a Flat Screen TV mounted with no dangling wires, so I ran a circuit and outlet into the wall at 6 feet high and then mounted the TV bracket and finally the TV.  Steph uses me at home, too where I’ve hung bicycles in her garage.  She says, “Frank never let me down. He always gets whatever I want done!”

Hilliard Customer Richard Trimble used to do handyman work after driving a truck for 40 years. But now with a bad knee he hires me and refers me to his old customers. He had me doing some painting, installing a commode and this faucet on the bath. For all that I charged him $180. Those projects took only 5 hours as he was keen on helping me, too.

Window Repair Replace Rotten Wood in Columbus

This 40 year old Arlington home

had rot around the gable, so I pulled off the damaged wood and repaired it with a new sheet of exterior plywood.  I used poplar instead of pine for the trim for added protection as poplar is a lot harder than pine.  Then I caulked it all up with latex/silicone caulk and then painted it to match.  The smears on the roof are from the previous painter.  Customer was delighted that I did the whole job for slightly over 200 dollars (not including materials) as he knew he wouldn’t have to have his messy painter back.

Building a Pole Barn in the Muirfield, Powell, Jerome Area

This is a pole barn Rob and I are building in JEROME near MUIRFIELD & POWELL. Home owner Rob is building the POLE BARN to add a ROOF for his boat. After attaching the rafters and purlins we’ll soon go about attaching the roof. Stay tuned. Rob is a former builder who can’t climb ladders anymore, so he hired me by the day to assist him with the high work.
